Pick a recognisable area and a precise destination
Al Rams, Shimal and Dhayah are included in Rose Garden's area directory. You may also see Shimal written as Shamal, or Dhayah shortened to Dhaya. Choose the matching option, then send the full home address and a pin for the entrance. The pin and written address should describe the same place.
The directory also includes Kabdah, Rahbah, Julphar and nearby city neighbourhoods. If your address uses one of those names, select it instead of treating all northern locations as Al Rams. A specific label makes it easier to review your request, especially when the property name is not obvious from a maps search.
Explain the final approach to the property
Look at the approach from the point of view of a first-time visitor. Is there a particular gate, a shared entrance or a turn that maps often miss? Explain only the details that help someone reach your actual address. A well-known local landmark is useful context, but it should not be the only destination you send.
Say whether visitors can stop or park near the entrance and whether the route to the treatment room includes stairs. If access requires a phone call, name the person who will answer it. For an evening request, make sure the agreed entrance can be identified clearly; the team should not need to guess which home is yours from an unlabelled gate.
Treat the service radius as a check, not a travel estimate
Rose Garden's radius is measured from the spa in Al Dhait in a straight line. It does not equal the road distance or tell you how long the journey will take. The exact address and access route still need to be reviewed before the appointment is confirmed.
Avoid extending the coverage claim to every town farther north. If you are outside a listed neighbourhood, use Other location within 30 km only when that description fits, and ask the team to check the pin. Do not assume that sharing a familiar area name makes a more distant address eligible.
Choose a calm, practical setup
Browse the services and ask what the selected treatment requires at home. Choose a private room with the clear space the team confirms, and arrange for household interruptions to be handled elsewhere. Mention pressure preferences, product sensitivities and areas you do not want worked on.
Submit your request through online booking, stating the preferred date and time alongside the address. Wait for confirmation of the service, duration, final price and arrival arrangement. Keep your booking reference so that updated directions or a changed contact number can be attached to the right visit. Good local instructions help; they do not replace the team's appointment confirmation.
