Start with your address, then choose your treatment
A home spa appointment begins with a place where you can comfortably receive the team. Rose Garden's service-area selector covers neighbourhoods within a 30 km radius of the spa in Al Dhait, Ras Al Khaimah. It also includes nearby communities across emirate boundaries. A neighbourhood name helps organise your request; your exact address determines whether the particular visit can be arranged.
Open the service-area page and select the name you normally use for your home, apartment or accommodation. If a development is listed separately, use that more specific option. Someone staying on Hayat Island, for example, can choose Hayat Island rather than a general city label. You can still explain a different spelling or building name in the address field.
What the 30 km radius means
A radius is measured in a straight line from the spa. It is different from the distance travelled by road, and it does not promise a particular arrival time. Roads, access arrangements and the exact property location all affect a visit. A large district can extend beyond its central point, so wait for the team's confirmation even when its name appears in the selector.
The booking list includes the following options. These are a directory for finding your address, not separate promises of immediate availability:

When your address is not listed
Choose Other location within 30 km and send a Google Maps pin with the full address. Include the emirate, local area name, property name and any useful access instructions. The team can review the address rather than guessing from a landmark. An unlisted address should not be described as covered until the team has checked it.
For an apartment, add the building, entrance, floor and unit. For a villa, add the street, villa number and correct gate. For guest accommodation, ask the property about external visitor access before arranging a home treatment. Share access arrangements privately in your booking or chat, rather than posting personal details in a public review.
Put together a useful booking request
Browse the current treatment menu, choose a service and duration, then state your preferred date and time. Explain pressure, fragrance or setup preferences in plain language. If two guests will receive a service, identify that clearly so the team can check the right arrangement.
Send your request through online booking, keeping your booking reference for follow-up. Before treating the appointment as confirmed, check the agreed service, duration, time, location and final price with the team. You can find the spa's own location through Rose Garden on Google Maps, but the team also needs the separate pin for the address where your visit will take place.
